Would you like to help more people discover Onivers and understand what we offer?
As a Marketing & Communications Volunteer, you help make Onivers visible through clear, relevant, and welcoming communication. You may contribute to social media, newsletters, the website, and the development of content for YouTube.
You do not need to work across every channel. We shape your tasks around your interests, skills, and availability.
Practical Information
- Location: Online.
- Format: The role is carried out online and does not require in-person attendance.
- Language: You can contribute in Danish or English. Being able to work in both languages is an advantage, but it is not required.
- Time: Typically 2–4 hours per week. Tasks and time commitment are agreed based on your interests, skills, and availability.
- Start: By agreement. Applications are considered on an ongoing basis.
What you will be part of
Clear communication makes it easier for people to find relevant activities, understand the work of Onivers, and take part in the community. As a volunteer, you help give Onivers a consistent and recognisable voice across our channels.
Your contribution may be what makes an activity easier to discover, a newsletter more useful, or a complex topic more accessible to someone encountering Onivers for the first time.
Your tasks may include
- Planning and creating content for social media
- Helping with newsletters, from ideas and copy to planning and distribution
- Writing and editing short texts and content updates for the website
- Researching relevant topics, questions, and formats for the Onivers YouTube channel
- Contributing ideas, research, short scripts, or content plans for video
- Helping with simple photography, graphics, and short video content
- Adapting or translating content between Danish and English when this matches your language skills
- Maintaining a simple content plan and following up on agreed tasks
You are not expected to take responsibility for every channel. We agree on a clear and realistic area of work before you begin.
The role may suit you if you
- Enjoy communicating ideas clearly and engagingly
- Are curious about social media, newsletters, website content, or video
- Understand that different audiences and channels need different approaches
- Work reliably and follow up on agreements
- Can work independently while also responding well to feedback
- Would like to learn the Onivers voice, tone, and visual direction
Experience in communications, marketing, or digital content is an advantage, but it is not required for every task. What matters most is that you work carefully and are willing to develop your skills.
What Onivers provides

Role boundaries

The role also does not include fundraising, partnership agreements, or practical event delivery unless agreed separately.
