Onivers is a Copenhagen-based community dedicated to making mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and psychoeducation more accessible through knowledge, practice, and meaningful connection. At Onivers, you can learn new skills, deepen your practice, and become part of a supportive community that nurtures mental well-being, presence, and balance in everyday life.

Come as You Are

You don’t need any prior experience with mindfulness, meditation, or yoga to join us. At Onivers, everyone is welcome—whether you’re just getting started, exploring with curiosity, or already have an established practice.

Mental Well-Being Through Knowledge, Practice, and Community

Onivers is a nonprofit community organization dedicated to making mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and other evidence-informed well-being practices accessible to everyone.

We share knowledge, create meaningful learning experiences, and offer activities that support mental well-being, self-care, and personal growth. Our work is grounded in research, evidence-based principles, and practical experience, ensuring that every member and participant is welcomed into a safe, trustworthy, and inclusive environment.

As a public education association, Onivers creates learning opportunities, community activities, and supportive spaces that make mental well-being more accessible in everyday life.

Through mindfulness, meditation, yoga, breathwork, and O Meditation, we aim to strengthen mental well-being, help prevent and reduce stress, and create space for reflection, personal development, and meaningful human connection.

At Onivers, we believe that mental well-being is more than the absence of illness. It is about cultivating presence, connection, purpose, and balance in everyday life.

Our vision is to be a place where people can find inspiration, build healthy habits, deepen their self-awareness, develop greater emotional resilience and inner balance, and become part of a community founded on respect, equality, and diversity.

We are committed to expanding access to practices and communities that empower people to improve their mental well-being, enhance their quality of life, and thrive in their daily lives.

Please note: Onivers does not provide therapy, clinical treatment, or emergency mental health services. Our focus is on mental well-being promotion through education, practice, and community.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment with openness, curiosity, and acceptance. In a world shaped by constant demands, fast-paced lifestyles, and information overload, mindfulness offers a powerful way to cultivate greater calm, clarity, and balance.

At Onivers, we see mindfulness as a practice that supports mental well-being, personal growth, and meaningful human connection. Regular mindfulness practice can enhance self-awareness, improve focus, deepen body awareness, and foster a more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.

Yoga & Mindful Movement

Yoga is more than physical exercise—it’s a holistic practice that unites the body, mind, and breath, creating space for greater presence, resilience, and inner balance.

At Onivers, we approach yoga as a pathway to enhanced body awareness, mental well-being, and personal growth. Our classes are welcoming and accessible, making it possible for people of all ages, abilities, and experience levels to participate.

By combining mindful movement with conscious breathing, yoga can help prevent and reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and promote a healthier balance between activity, recovery, and everyday life.

We believe yoga is also a powerful way to strengthen connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the communities we belong to.

Meditation

Meditation creates space to pause, reconnect, and cultivate a deeper awareness of yourself, your thoughts, and the world around you.

At Onivers, we use meditation as a practical tool to support mental well-being, emotional balance, concentration, and inner calm. Meditation doesn’t have to be complicated or require previous experience. Anyone can begin, and even a few minutes of daily practice can make a meaningful difference.

Breathwork & Breathing Practices

Breathwork uses conscious breathing techniques to support both physical and mental well-being.

Different breathing methods can help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen the connection between body and mind.

Because your breath is always with you, it can become one of the simplest yet most effective tools for navigating everyday life.

At Onivers, we make breathwork accessible through guided sessions, educational programs, and community activities that promote mental well-being, presence, and overall wellness.

O Meditation: Movement-Based Meditation

O Meditation combines mindful movement, conscious breathing, and meditation into a dynamic practice that actively engages the body.

For many people, sitting still for extended periods can be challenging. O Meditation offers an alternative approach where gentle movement becomes a gateway to deeper awareness, relaxation, and embodied presence.

Through slow, intentional movement, participants can reduce stress, strengthen their connection with their bodies, and cultivate a deeper sense of balance, clarity, and presence.

O Meditation supports physical well-being, mental clarity, and the experience of being fully present in each moment.

Psychoeducation

Psychoeducation helps transform knowledge about mental health into practical tools for everyday life. It makes topics such as stress, the nervous system, emotions, habits, and well-being easier to understand and apply.

At Onivers, psychoeducation is an essential part of our learning environment, bridging the gap between knowledge and practice. By understanding how the mind and body work, participants can better recognize their own patterns, respond to challenges with greater awareness, and develop healthier ways to cultivate calm, presence, resilience, and balance in everyday life.
