About Onivers
A Community Organization Dedicated to Mental Well-Being
Onivers is a public education association committed to promoting mental well-being through knowledge, practice, and community. Our programs and activities are rooted in mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and psychoeducation, creating accessible opportunities for learning, personal growth, and meaningful connection.
Intro
As a public education association based in Copenhagen, Onivers creates events, activities, and community spaces where people can learn, explore, and practice approaches that foster greater presence, balance, self-awareness, and meaningful connection.
Our work is grounded in research, evidence-based principles, and practical experience. Through mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and psychoeducation, we provide accessible tools that support mental well-being and personal growth. We also aim to raise awareness of how these practices can help prevent and reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness while promoting healthier, more resilient lives.
Onivers is open to both members and the wider community. You don’t need any previous experience with mindfulness, meditation, or yoga to take part. Everyone is welcome—just as you are.

Our Identity
What Is Onivers?
Onivers is a nonprofit community organization with a public-benefit mission that extends far beyond individual classes, workshops, or events. We are dedicated to making mental well-being more accessible through knowledge, practice, community, and collaboration.
Onivers provides a welcoming space where people can learn, practice, connect, and contribute. We combine evidence-informed knowledge about mental well-being with practical approaches such as mindfulness, meditation, yoga, breathwork, O Meditation, and other mindful practices that encourage greater presence and self-awareness.
Psychoeducation is a core part of our approach because knowledge empowers people to better understand their thoughts, emotions, habits, and needs. Our goal is not to make mental well-being more complex, but to make it more understandable, practical, and relevant to everyday life.
Collaboration is also central to the identity of Onivers. We actively seek partnerships with organizations, professionals, and communities working in the fields of well-being, education, health, culture, prevention, social impact, and community development. By working together, we believe we can create a broader and more lasting positive impact.
Our Values
The Principles That Guide Onivers
At Onivers, our values are more than words—they shape everything we do. They are reflected in the way we design our programs, build communities, foster partnerships, and create meaningful learning experiences.
Accessibility
Mental well-being should be accessible to everyone—not only to those who already have experience, resources, or financial means. We are committed to making knowledge, well-being practices, and supportive communities easier to discover, understand, and participate in.
Community
Community is at the heart of Onivers. We believe people thrive through meaningful relationships, shared experiences, and opportunities to learn, practice, and grow together.
Inclusion
At Onivers, everyone is welcome exactly as they are. We strive to create spaces that embrace people of all backgrounds, life experiences, identities, abilities, and perspectives, ensuring that everyone feels seen, respected, and valued.
Responsibility
We approach mental well-being with both compassion and integrity. Our programs are grounded in research, evidence-informed principles, and practical experience, allowing us to provide trustworthy, thoughtful, and responsible learning experiences.

Our Approach
At Onivers, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Whether you’re completely new, simply curious, or already experienced, there’s a place for you. You don’t need to be especially flexible, follow a particular lifestyle, or hold any specific spiritual beliefs. Nor do you need to be facing a particular challenge to take part.
For some, joining Onivers is about finding greater calm in a busy world. For others, it’s an opportunity for personal growth, improved focus, stronger relationships, meaningful community, or building greater resilience in everyday life.
We welcome anyone who wants to learn, grow, and strengthen their mental well-being through knowledge, practice, and community. Our programs include mindfulness, meditation, yoga, breathwork, and psychoeducation—practical tools that cultivate presence, body awareness, emotional regulation, and deeper self-understanding.
Our approach is grounded, inclusive, and evidence-informed. We aim to create safe, welcoming spaces where learning and practice are accessible to everyone—without pressure, perfection, or the expectation to perform.
What Onivers Is Not
- Not therapy or clinical treatment
- Not an emergency or crisis support service
- Not a religious or spiritual commitment
- Not a performance or lifestyle ideal
If you require professional mental health treatment or urgent support, we encourage you to seek assistance from qualified healthcare professionals or the appropriate emergency services.
At Our Core
What We Stand For
Onivers is dedicated to making mental well-being more accessible through knowledge, practice, and community. We create welcoming spaces where people can learn, practice, and connect around tools that foster presence, balance, self-awareness, and meaningful human connection.
The Difference We Aim to Make
Our goal is to bridge the gap between knowledge, practice, and everyday life—making mental well-being easier to understand, experience, and share with others. By doing so, we hope to empower more people with practical tools, lifelong learning, and supportive communities that promote lasting well-being and a healthier, more connected way of living.
Looking Ahead
Where Onivers Is Headed
Onivers is continually evolving. While Copenhagen is our home today, our vision is to grow through new programs, stronger communities, meaningful partnerships, and wider access to knowledge that supports mental well-being.
More Activities
Expanding our workshops, events, educational programs, and local initiatives to make practical knowledge and well-being practices accessible to more people.
Stronger Communities
Growing a vibrant network of members, volunteers, professionals, and local partners who help shape and strengthen the Onivers community.
Digital Access
Making mental well-being more accessible through digital resources, video content, online communities, and learning experiences that reach people wherever they are.
Our ambition is not to grow for the sake of growth. Our goal is to expand access, deepen quality, and strengthen community. As Onivers evolves, we remain committed to preserving the trust, integrity, and human connection that define everything we do.
Our Local Foundation
Based in Copenhagen
Onivers is proudly based in Copenhagen, where we create activities, events, communities, and partnerships that make knowledge and practical approaches to mental well-being more accessible in everyday life.
Copenhagen’s strong traditions of community engagement, culture, education, and vibrant public spaces make it an ideal home for an organization dedicated to presence, balance, lifelong learning, and mental well-being.
Our activities take place at a variety of locations across the city, depending on the format, our partners, and the needs of the community. These may include workshops, educational programs, community practice sessions, public events, and collaborative local initiatives developed alongside like-minded organizations.
Although Copenhagen is where Onivers began, our vision extends beyond the city. We welcome partnerships, projects, and collaborative initiatives throughout Denmark with organizations and communities that share our commitment to strengthening mental well-being, fostering connection, and improving quality of life.
