Do you have skills, experience or ideas that could help Onivers grow, but don’t see a volunteer role that fits you?
We would love to hear from you.
At Onivers, we know that people bring different talents, perspectives and experiences. Not every contribution fits into a predefined role.
Perhaps you have a particular skill, a project idea, professional experience, or simply the motivation to contribute in a way we haven’t considered yet.
As an Open Volunteer, you can tell us what you would like to contribute. Together, we’ll explore whether there is a meaningful opportunity that matches your interests, skills and availability.

What you will be part of
Onivers is a nonprofit association working to strengthen mental wellbeing through knowledge, practice and community.
Our activities include mindfulness, meditation, yoga, breathwork and psychoeducation, alongside community initiatives, educational projects and organisational development.
We welcome people who want to contribute their knowledge, practical abilities, creative ideas or personal experience to help our community grow.
Your contribution might help us improve something we already do or create an opportunity we have not yet explored.
Your contribution could include
– Sharing a skill or experience that could support Onivers.
– Suggesting or helping develop a new activity, initiative or community project.
– Contributing creative, organisational, digital or practical skills.
– Supporting a specific task or short-term project.
– Helping us reach new people or communities.
– Bringing new ideas and perspectives to our development.
– Contributing in another area that aligns with Onivers’ purpose.
You are not expected to do everything on this list. We will explore your interests and agree on a suitable contribution together.
This opportunity may suit you if you
– Want to contribute but don’t see a suitable role among our current opportunities.
– Have ideas, abilities or experience you would like to share.
– Are curious, responsible and willing to collaborate.
– Value an inclusive community and evidence-informed approaches to mental wellbeing.
– Would like to make a meaningful contribution, whether small or substantial.
You do not need previous volunteering experience. The relevant qualifications and responsibilities will depend on the specific tasks we agree on.
What Onivers provides
You will receive an introduction to Onivers, guidance relevant to your contribution and a contact person to support you.
Together, we will agree on your tasks, responsibilities, availability and the support needed before you begin.
You will also have the opportunity to become part of the Onivers community and participate in activities under our volunteer arrangements.
Role boundaries
An open application does not automatically lead to a volunteer position. We assess each proposal based on Onivers’ needs, capacity, purpose and ability to provide appropriate support.
Tasks requiring professional qualifications, teaching or facilitation responsibilities, access to confidential information, financial authority or other specialist responsibilities must be separately assessed and explicitly agreed.
You will not be authorised to make commitments on behalf of Onivers unless that responsibility has been specifically approved.
Would you like to join us?
Tell us a little about yourself, your interests and what you would like to contribute.
You are welcome to share a specific idea or simply describe your skills and experience. You don’t need to have a complete plan.
We look forward to hearing from you and exploring what we might create together.
