Workshops & courses
Workshops and courses for mental wellbeing
From sleep and screen habits to stress, worry and relationships. Explore everyday challenges through knowledge, practical exercises and community.

Our approach
Knowledge, practice and community
We believe it becomes easier to navigate everyday challenges when we make room for understanding, hands-on experience and learning with others.
Knowledge
We explore topics such as sleep, stress, digital habits and worry, drawing on relevant evidence-informed knowledge and explaining it in everyday language.
Practice
We turn ideas into something practical. Short exercises and reflection give you a chance to explore new perspectives and habits at your own pace.
Community
We come together around questions many people can relate to. There is room for conversation and shared learning, but you always decide how much you want to share.
Workshop themes
What would you like to explore?
Some themes focus on habits, others on emotions, relationships or the world around us. These are the workshop themes we explore. Once an event is confirmed, dates and booking information will appear in our events calendar.
6 featured themes

Sleep & recovery
Better sleep in a busy life
Why can it be so hard to unwind at the end of the day? We explore sleep, body clocks and evening routines, and consider small changes that might fit into everyday life.

Digital habits
More mindful screen habits
How does screen time end up taking more of our day than we intended? We look at scrolling, notifications and attention, and try simple ways to use technology more intentionally.

News & peace of mind
Politics without panic
When the news feels overwhelming
How can we stay informed without letting news, conflict and uncertainty take over our lives? We explore news habits, worries and how to disagree respectfully.

Seasons & celebrations
Mindful Christmas
Christmas can bring expectations and pressure alongside joy. We explore small pauses, spending time together and ways to approach the season with greater awareness and more realistic expectations.

Stress & psychoeducation
When everyday life feels overwhelming understanding stress and the nervous system
When demands and pace increase, our bodies and minds respond. We explore stress responses and the nervous system, and try simple exercises involving attention, pauses and gentle movement.

Thoughts & attention
From racing thoughts to a moment of calm
Why do our thoughts keep racing even when we want a break? We explore worries and recurring thought patterns, and try short exercises in pausing and redirecting attention.
More workshop themes
More ways to explore and discover
We also explore relationships, self-compassion and the expectations that come with changing seasons.

Self-compassion
Being kinder to yourself
An introduction to self-compassion
We often expect more of ourselves than we would of others. Explore self-criticism and self-compassion through reflection and small exercises that encourage a kinder response to mistakes and challenges.

Relationships & screens
When phones get in the way
Screens affect more than our own attention: they can also shape the time we spend together. We explore digital habits in relationships and simple ways to make more room for conversation and connection.

Seasons & expectations
A new year without the pressure to change everything
A new year does not have to begin with a long list of things to fix. We explore expectations, values and realistic intentions โ without turning personal growth into another performance goal.

For everyone who is curious
A place to join in your own way
You do not need any previous mindfulness experience, and you do not have to share anything personal to take part. We value clear boundaries, practical activities and respect for peopleโs different experiences and needs.
The content and activities vary from workshop to workshop. Once an event is scheduled, you can read about who it is for, accessibility and practical arrangements before signing up.
Take part at your own pace
How it works
From curiosity to something you can use
A workshop is a chance to understand a topic from new angles and try something practical. The exact format depends on the theme.

We introduce the theme
We begin with familiar questions and a brief introduction to what we will explore.

We connect relevant knowledge with everyday examples and make room for questions.
- 03
We try things out
This might be a guided exercise, reflection, conversation or gentle movement. Participation is adapted to the theme.

We take something home
We finish with ideas for small steps and perspectives you might consider in your everyday life.
