Operations & Coordination Volunteer

Do you enjoy creating structure, following up, and helping many small parts work together?

As an Operations & Coordination Volunteer, you support the internal tasks that help the work of Onivers function day to day. You assist with overview, documentation, practical coordination, and follow-up so that information and agreements do not get lost.

Practical Information

  • Location: Online.
  • Format: The role is carried out online and does not require in-person attendance.
  • Language: You can contribute in Danish or English. Being able to work in both languages is an advantage, but it is not required. Tasks are matched to your language skills.
  • Time: Typically 2–4 hours per week. The time commitment may vary depending on current tasks and activities. Tasks and time commitment are agreed based on your interests, skills, and availability.
  • Start: By agreement. Applications are considered on an ongoing basis.

What you will be part of

Behind good activities and clear volunteer roles is ongoing work with planning, information, and follow-up. As a volunteer, you help create a more manageable working environment where agreements are clear, documents are current, and people know what comes next.

Your contribution may be what ensures an important deadline is remembered, a meeting is followed up, or a practical process becomes easier for everyone using it.

Your tasks may include

  • Maintaining an overview of agreements, tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines
  • Helping coordinate volunteers, meetings, and internal activities
  • Preparing simple agendas, notes, and follow-up actions
  • Gathering and sharing practical information with the relevant people
  • Updating documents, contact lists, templates, and work overviews
  • Organising information in shared folders and systems
  • Supporting recurring administrative tasks
  • Following up on agreed tasks and drawing attention to missing information
  • Suggesting simple improvements to workflows and coordination

Your areas of responsibility will be clearly defined, and you are not expected to solve all administrative tasks.

The role may suit you if you

  • Enjoy creating order and making information easy to find
  • Are reliable and follow up on what you have agreed to
  • Have an eye for both details and the overall picture
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Can work independently and ask when something is unclear
  • Handle internal information thoughtfully

Experience in administration, coordination, project support, or association work is an advantage, but it is not required. Strong working habits and responsibility matter more than a particular educational background.

What Onivers provides

You receive a clear agreement about your tasks, access to the relevant systems, and a contact person you can turn to. We provide the necessary context and make sure you know who makes decisions and when to ask for guidance.

You have the opportunity to build practical experience in operations and coordination and help develop workflows that can make a real difference to a growing association.

Role boundaries

The role does not include staff responsibility, leadership responsibility, or primary responsibility for introducing new volunteers. You do not make independent decisions about finance, legal matters, or the direction of the organisation.

You also do not receive responsibility for sensitive personal data without a separate agreement, appropriate access, and clear guidance.

Would you like to join us?

You do not need to know every system or process in advance. What matters most is that you enjoy creating clarity, take responsibility for agreed tasks, and want to help others work in a more organised way.

Click the button and complete the application form. There you can tell us a little about yourself and attach your CV.

We look forward to hearing how you can help create structure and continuity in the work of Onivers.
